Trouble with the app

Hello- for some reason when I try and manage my listing from my smart phone I am never able to access “booking settings” always have to go to my pc...very frustrating!  Can anyone help with this?? Thank you!

@Jill567  You may provide a little more information so that somebody use the same type of phone may give you useful information.

 

1. What is your phone model and manufacture?

2. What version of Operating System it uses?

3. What happened after you tap booking setting?

4. Are there any other issues using the mobile app?

Thank you- I have the new iPhone 10R and nothing  happens when I tap on booking settings- anything else I try and do is normal but I can’t access that- have t had any other issues- the phone is updated and I have tried all the obvious tries at a fix- would appreciate any insight 😊

I would recommend restarting your phone, reinstalling the app and making sure it is updated and try making the changes again.
