I received a strange phone call from Stockholm, where a person wanted to know if my house was available.
This person knew exactly the name of my property on Airbnb, but said he saw the Ad on a site unknown to me, something like "kingdom rent ... .com".
The very strange thing is that he knew my phone number. I know that it is not an information available on Airbnb, if not after having booked regularly!
I could not clarify how he was aware of my number, his English was worse than mine and, apart from repeating the name of the site on which he said he saw my house, he did not say much more.
My house is available exclusively on Airbnb and Booking.com, with different names. The name of the house that I was reported is exactly what I use on Airbnb but, again, has been seen on a different site !!!
How is it possible? And above all, how could he know my telephone number?
Did the same thing happen to someone?
