I received this error (Unfortunately, a server error prevented your request from being completed.) upon trying to book an Airbnb. I have used Airbnb in the past and this is the first time I have encountered this error. I have received three pending credit card charges as well as three reciept emails from Airbnb yet when I go to my listings, there is no reservation listed and when click through the email receipt, I am met with the following error, "This reservation is not active."
I have contacted my credit card company (Discover) to let them know what happened. I hope that this can be worked out here. I have all three Receipt IDs and I would be happy to get in contact with a representative from Airbnb to resolve this problem.
