Unintended damage of furniture or equipment

  1. What happens when a tenant broke expensive furniture or equipment in my building?
  2. Is there some kind of procedure to follow through if my building is under major construction and it may take more than a year to complete these activities? I’m asking since I would have no option then to decline a request.
