It's been over two weeks and my upcoming payout to credit a renter is just sitting there doing nothing. How long does this take to process?
Payouts are processed by Airbnb 24 hours after the guest checked-in, but it doesn't mean that your money will be in your actual bank account. For bank transfer, for example, it may take 5-7 working days before you will actually receive it. If it is already more than that time period, go to your payout page first, and check if there is something wrong with your payout method. It would usually have note at the top of the screen if there is an issue with your payout. Example, you're being required to complete a business veification. If you do not complete this, your payout will be on hold. If there's none, of course you should contact Airbnb, because there could be other reason's like incomplete collection of guest payment as one example.
@David5641 Tons of hosts have been reporting not getting paid in the past few weeks. It's nothing to do with there being something wrong with the payout method- these are experiencd hosts who¡ve been getting paid for years into the same payout method they have listed. Nor is it anythig to do with incomplete collection of payments. Airbnb just seems to be hanging on to the money.

@Ken44 You are still not tagging Stephanie, as I explained you how to do in another response. She will not get a notification that you are responding to her unless you use the tagging function.

@Ken44 When you want to get a response or are addressing a specific person here, you need to tag them, or they may never be aware of it. If you tag, they get a notification. To tag- click on the@symbol, then click on the correct name in the drop down box that will appear. If the user's name isn't in that box, just start typing the name and another box will come up and it should be there.
