Update bank details

Hello everyone, recently  I received few emails about updating my bank details, but I can’t do it even following all steps. I am quite new to Airbnb, can someone help pls? If I don’t update, it will delay my payment received or not. Thank in advance.

Having the same problem, did you get response or figure it out? 

No messages on my AirBnB pages, only via email, could it be a scam or is it really from AirBnB?
