Updated Pricing

I recently changed my week day pricing, lowering them for the winter.

Abnb is not reflecting these changes in my listing.

Any ideas?

Hey @Amy38  I look at your calendar and see weekday rates the same as your base rate and weekend rates much higher.  Not sure from your post what rate you were changing to, but if you have a technical problem I suggest you send a quick message to Air BNB via Twitter and have them look at it for you.

@Linda108 Thanks, I figured it out after I posted so it is all copecetic now.

Amy,

I am having the same problem. How did you fix it?  When people search my area it still shows the old higher price.  If they explore further or go to my calendar it shows the right price but I'm afraid the higher one on the map search will deter people.

Abnb should pick up the price change, it takes time. I am too old to understand it, but they probably sweep the site every so often like Google does and the change would showup then.

Haha....they don't even get back to you when you call.

Also, changeyour base price.

BTW  I tested my pricing for January and made changes.  The first time I hit save changes, it seemed to take it and then it reverted back.  I did it again and then it saved.  Go figure...

I'm having the same issue. I've called and called, no results. Also my listing changed to 1 bedroom, 2 beds.....it was never that. Always 1 queen bed. This happened before and caused a major problem. Seems we are own!!

i recently updated the pricing on my listing, whilst the calendar has updated and retained the new info, the main page still advertises my property at the  old price!

Help!

thanks

@Jan186  I will look at your listing as a blind search.  Give me some more details. Have you changed your base price?  That is a separate step.

Hi i think ive successfully changed the base pricing - the listing is Large Modern house with camping for Birkdale Golf Open

thanks

@Linda108@Jan186. I am having the same issue...exactly how do you change that base figure? Thanks.

hi

i went into my listing, edit then pricing settings - the base price then appears on the right and you can change it here

hope it works for you!

I recently lowered my base price and it is not fully updating.  When people search my area it still shows the old higher price.  If they explore further or go to my calendar it shows the right price but I'm afraid the higher one on the map search will deter people.
