I'm having a really difficult time uploading my registration number onto my listing. When I first listed my place in December it was presented to the city as a multi-unit building when in fact it is a single family home (we have our basement listed). As a result the city denied the registration and told me to resubmit the application through ABB. After trying to work with ABB to resubmit the application as a single family home with no success I listed on another platform and received my registration number within a few days. This was over a month ago now. Since then I've been trying to get the number uploaded onto my listing, however have thus far been unsuccessful. Numerous calls and messages to ABB help has resulted in nothing but frustration. They keep telling me that someone will contact me to resolve this matter, however noone ever does. I have listed my registration number in the body of my listing, however had to be a bit creative in order for them not to block it out as a phone number or website. Does anyone on this platform know how I can get my registration number properly uploaded where it belongs?
