I'm reaching out for help with a pressing issue I'm experiencing with Airbnb. I've been facing a delay in my payouts for over a month now, and it's causing a significant financial strain on my business and me personally.
I've been in touch with Airbnb support and Compliance team and have provided all relevant paperwork, but I keep getting cliched responses that don't get to the bottom of the issue. It's frustrating to see that my pleas for help have gone unanswered for so long.
I want to be clear that I have submitted all relevant information regarding the Beneficial Owners of my Company and that I have taken all reasonable steps to ensure a prompt settlement of this matter, even translating the documents to English, highlighting the answer to their questions and sending detailed screenshots.
I urge Airbnb to take my situation seriously and provide me with the necessary support to resolve this matter urgently. I'm in a difficult spot, and I'm hoping that the Airbnb community can come together to help me get through this challenging time and share any valuable information that can support me.
