Using AirBNB when 2 people own the property and are not married

My boyfriend and I bought a vacation rental and want to begin renting ASAP.  We are not married yet and file taxes separately.  AirBNB only allows one name on the account, so I am looking for the best advice and options for my situation.  We are both investing in this and we both are involved, but I am unsure the best way to proceed for taxes and such.  We would split any profits and both would have write offs but how?
