We have local guests (no reference to familial status) increasingly using our fast-passed city based Boarding House for student accommodation, office space, a psychiatric recovery centre, hourly booking institution of ill repute, sleep clinic, safehouse and every other conceivable reason but our initially accomplished and envisioned aim to host International travellers and tourists on this Global Platform.
We have opted using this Global platform instead of the available local booking platform we were listed on to achieve our goal and in an attempt to contribute to the influx of much needed foreign currency into our area and thus being contributory to job creation etc in our historically rich suburb.
The local Johannesburg guests constantly booking our listings in Johannesburg obviously with ulterior motive (why would a guest residing in Johannesburg wish to book a listing in Johannesburg otherwise?) are with their wrongful intent excluding the rest of the world populace by permanently occupying our listings on this platform where all should belong? Is there any advice out there for us to reach our goal to include all and to host international travellers and tourists once again on this Global platform?
