I have tried to upload my ID photo about 10 times (probably more!)

 

It won't take it.

My guest is having problems making a reservation. Airbnb is asking her to upload a government issued ID, but my settings only asks for standard Airbnb booking requirements. I'm not asking for a government issued ID. This is the 2nd guest I have lost because of this problem.

Can Airbnb please help me resolve this issue as I'm not happy at all. I've lost two guest bookings because of this.

It is more of a technical issue, you need to address Customer Support with it.
