Verification Pending, reservation declined, still unavailable

Hi--A potential renter made an inquiry.  I declined the inquiry.  The dates are still blocked saying "verification pending".  However, I have already declined this renter.  This is for this weekend and is clogging up my ability to rent the property.  What do I do?

Get in touch with Airbnb (phone, or they're apparently very responsive on Twitter) - they should be able to clear the dates.

That is an annoying bug in the reservation system. 😕 Good luck!

same problem here. Airbnb unable to help, only solution is to wait 12 hours 😕

Same problem here. Very frustrating as other guests wanting to book andu longer than 12 hours. Arrgh!
