Viewings and booking

Hi,

Only started this month and have a few booking. My viewings count stopped 2 dats ago. I was up on 109 in the space of a week and then nothing. I find the help site flustration as there is nowhere I can direcly ask.

When we tried to look up the listing it was difficult to get into. 

Finally one of my guest e-mail saying she could not see her booking.

Can anyone shed some light on any of these question.

Viewings count is usually about 3 - 4 days late updating - sometimes more. It's an interesting chart but really bears no relationship to when you get bookings (in my opinion). What;s slightly more interesting is to view your listing when you are logged on and just beside the daily rate is a heart symbol - if you hover over that you will see how many people have added it to their wish list.
