Dear Community,
I would like to get suggestion from you all. I recently face my guest checking out the house leaving my house terrribly dirty and they spoil my pot.
Details as per below:
1) They dirty my wall which is could not be wipe off as we tried.
2) They had dirty my sofa with cover which I needed to send for laundry that could be costly.
3) They spoil my pot. It was burn to dark.
Could you please give me some suggestion of what can I do as I am new to be a host.

Contact the guest about the burnt pot, stained cover and walls and say that the pot and cover will need to be replaced. You need to do this before the next guests arrive.
You will need photos/video of the damage as evidence and get costs for replacement/repairs.
If they refuse to pay or don't reply then you then to apply through the Airbnb guantee (details on its Help Centre).
