Want to rent different parts of my house on different dates

I travel in the summer (I'm a teacher) and want to rent the whole place. When I'm here, though, I only want to rent the spare room. How do I set up two different rental situations for the same house? Do I put in two different properties?

Yes, you would need two different listings under your profile and would have to manage two calendars.

Yes. Create two separate listings. You can put one on "snooze" or make it unavailable when you do not want to rent it. This way you don't have to worry about getting requests and responding to a listing (part of your house) that is not active. Good luck!
