We book fast. I have several days blocked on my calendar that I'd like to release, but....

But we book FAST this time of year.  I have blocked 7 specific days on our calendar and now wish to extend them to a specific guest returning from last year to book for this year.  But as soon as I unblock the seven days, one or more of them will get snagged by someone other than the guest who wants to book all seven.  It is like there is no time to open up all the days, and make the offer without somebody else grabbing a day or two.  What to do?

Change the price of those 7 dates to $1000 or more per day. And then unblock them. Ask your returning guest to inquire those 7 days, and you can send special offer with a total amount you two agree. And then he can accept your offer to make the booking request.

Put the daily prices sky high for the week in question to fend off bookings.

When your preferred guest sends in a request for those days, send an agreeable special offer to them.

Option 2 - Change the trip length in your settings to specifically seven days for this period, this will stop part week bookings although the full week is still available for all.

Other option, if it's someone you now know, do you really need airbnb involvement for this booking?
