We lost a $2,000 booking because someone instant booked 3 days.
We lost a three month booking because someone had instant booked for 3 days. How can we avoid this? Now Airbnb seems to have taken us off the map. What are others doing with this type of problem? Thanks,
You can set a minimum stay which would drive longer term bookings but then you'd miss out on short term bookings which my data suggests give one a better margin, guests tend to be out a lot more and don't use the utilities as much.
