I am a Superhost, but have no number to call to ask questions. What is a number i can call?
My questions are:
**I would like to be able to change my rates for weekends, and also set a 3 night minimum for next summer, for certain months only. How can I do that?
**I would like to set next spring/summer at a higher rate than this winter. I have guests booking already for next summer, but if I increase the rate now, the winter will be a higher rate, which will be less bookings. How can I change rates for next year, without impacting where they are at now?
Thanks for any help you can give!
Weekend pricing : click pricing and then click edit at "standard fees and charges" to adjust weekend prices
3n min stay : click availability and then click edit at "Trip details" scroll down and click "Add another requirement" and fill out the dates etc.
Higher rate for next summer : Click on pricing and then click on "Length of stay discounts", scroll down and click weekly at "You can also set a custom price for a specific week or month."
If you get stuck come back and ask again.
Thank you so very much for your help! I am going to give that a try! 🙂
@Tamara423 Have you had one constant price since your started hosting a year ago? Go into your calendar .... click on the date and type in a price.
PS> the dedicated superhost number is on the quarterly emails you get when Airbnb tells you that you made superhost. Always best to file/save that e-mail.
Thank you so much for your help! I will give that a try. I had saved the super host phone number at one point, somehow it got lost. Lesson learned! 🙂
