Sorry this is happening to you. I've learned through my mistakes.
Document everthing, take pictures of damage and do not be afraid to contact police if there is vandalism. Contact Airbnb and show pictures, videos etc of the damages. Then they'll ask you to get professional estimate of damages. Depending on who you get, Airbnb can be really helpful or not. Stick to your truth. The guest did damages and ask for what you deserve for repairs or replacement.
