i dont want to rent my property out

Hi

I thought I had deactivated one of my listings.

But someone made a reservation today and his creditcard was charged already. I want to recline and deactivate my listing.

What can we do?

Deactivate, unlist or snooze your listing as instructed here:

https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/476/how-do-i-snooze-or-deactivate-my-listing

I listing with upcoming reservations can not be deactivated, so first unlist it to prevent new reservations show up.
