What if a bed broke when a guest was there but they are claiming it was a poorly constructed bed. It's only 1.5 years but it may be poorly constructed. Will Aircover still pay?

Will aircover still pay?  I know I have to put in a claim and they try and go after the guest to pay.  I don't think the guest should have to pay.  I want airbnb to pay.  I'm wondering if the guest just doesn't pay, will it affect their future use of airbnb or penalize them in any way?  I don't want to penalize them.

@Sherri227 So you are willing to get Airbnb to pay for a dodgy bed but not the guest? It's people like you that cause the host fees to be so high. Let's hope they reject your claim.
