What to pay co host management and cleaning fee in australia?

Hi, I am only new to Airbnb,  my property is in Glenelg south Australia. Would like an idea on what to pay co host for management, meet and greet . I also charge cleaning fee of $60 which is approx 2 hours work for a cleaner and I supply products and equipment. I am very fussy so takes 3-4 hours to clean (at $30 PER hour)... my tax accountant suggests to breakdown the costs separetly. Any thoughts or feedback how others do this? Many thanks, Nicki

I would suggest you put together a brief for what you want the co-host to do and ask four companies/individuals to quote against it.

do make sure you take up references and have a contract @Nicki85
