When A Guest Assaults A Host

I just had a guest book for 5 people in a house that has a max of 12 allowed by the local government. They showed up with at least 16. Go to the house to count people and you get assaulted. You ask them how many you have. They won't answer. Of course when you asked them in a message how many they lied to you about it.

Same as a Hotel, call the Police and have them thrown out. Its not worth the money, its a matter of principal.

Host did call the police out. However, despite having video evidence and police report, host has now been permanently delisted by Airbnb. I doubt we've heard the last of this story yet.

This is horrible. How can you be delisted for following a basic safety protocol??
