We had a confirmed booking for this villa as show on subject. Client checked out since 24th July 2019 and the money hasn’t been paid to our account.

Could you please check and advise urgently?

Is this your first booking, if so there will be a delay before you are paid.

If it is possible, for the first guest, you need about one month for getting payed and after that every 24 hours:
