When your listing is correct

So unfair when you help someone out with accommodating them at last minute, take them out and about to get their bearings in my car, and when my listing clearly states your not on a bus route and a car is advisable, the fact they dont read the listing in full they still mark you down due to location. I despair sometimes! And lose faith in people when you go above and beyond for them.

@Georgie10 I can so relate! I just had someone give me a four overall and a three on accuracy because a townhouse didn't have air conditioning. I never said it had air-conditioning. The listing says nothing about AC. Sigh. Perhaps I need to list everything the townhouse doesn't have?

"Potential Guests Please Note: this house does not have air conditioning, a butler, room service or a pony. If you require any of these items to make your stay a great experience, please seek accommodations elsewhere."
