Where are my payments?

Help & guidance please, I have not received 3 payments Airbnb have said were paid to my usual bank account. Tried calling, tried emailing, but no recent reply. I  had an initial reply just saying funds we’re paid which I challenged and sent statements to verify.

My bank have confirmed no funds paid and no attempted payment from Airbnb. I have several bookings coming up and need to know I will be paid.

Can anyone provide any guidance on what I can do to chase these payments as Airbnb don’t seem to want to answer the phone now or reply to emails. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

@John4898 One thing you should check - Is the bank account specified by you still your account or have you been hacked.

Second thing you can check is your transactions. Some have reported being charged for cancellations and so subsequent guest money has been used to pay for the cancellations even though the host was never paid for the cancelled trip.

Third thing is to try and shame Airbnb into action via Twitter (whatever that is)
