Marie, I have been a host for Airbnb for 2 years and have had a handful of instances where Airbnb does not pay out what they should.  Guests have damaged the property and they will not enforce additional fees, most recently I was only paid a portion of the guests stay and Airbnb will not do anything.

What is the reason the will not pay for the guest's stay? What is wrong with that? I'm not asking for anything more. They collected from these guests. Should someone take this to 60 minutes?
