Why Pending Verification since my guest already verified?

Hey Guys, I got a new problem. My guest's reservation is now Pending Verification, but She has already verified her ID\Mobile\etc..  What can I and She do now?  Thx`

If she has the checked green ID badge on her profile she had indeed done it all.

If she's been verified for a while, then maybe there is something with her (new?) credit card verification.

Airbnb is extremely thorough in ID and payment, so there must be some reason.

Anyway, guest has 24h to get it all put in order, and you have no risk. But you will have to wait until it's all confirmed.

Or in case of a problem, then not confirmed and automatically cancelled by Airbnb.

You couldn't do anything anyway, your guest would have to contact ABB to solve the problem.
