Why am I not a super host or receive reviews/ratings?

Hi, I have been hosting multiple listings for over a year now and somehow have no been rewarded as Super Host even though I meet the criteria to be one. What should I do? Im not even able to see my progress/ratings, etc. when I go to that section, its not that I have bad ratings, is that I have none.

@Cheryl455 if you are certain that you meet the criteria you need to contact Airbnb directly because the system is automated and they might give you more info on what the problem could be.

@Cheryl455  You are a co-host to the listings on your profile- so you aren't eligible for Superhost status, only the listing admin is.

This is also the reason you don't have access to progress/ratings of the listings through your profile, and why you don't see any reviews- the reviews are tied to the listing admin.
