Hi @Amy38 You have a cancellation - for guest Elizabeth. That will clear once a year has passed from that date (date isn't showing but maybe you can find when it was?), then you'll definitely make Super Host. Your place is just lovely! 🙂 - Karen
@Karen-and-Brian0 That was over a year ago...on the left of their missive it says I have had 0 cancellations.
Hi @Amy38 If it was over 365 days ago, you are completely eligible from what I can tell - must be a glitch? You may need to rattle their chain and get that looked into. Hope we see that badge on your profile soon!
@Karen-and-Brian0 I suppose you are right...I misread this...but the cancellation was a year ago. I was told I would be fine after the first of this year. I dont actually care that much, I just misread this as say, Yay and but no....didnt note the Yellow line.

@Karen-and-Brian0 curioser and curioser...I went back to reservations...I cancelled Elizabeth in 2015.
However my reservation history shows 3 cancellations in 2016... all people who paid, stayed and wrote reviews, including Elizabeth who came back. This makes no sense in any computer record inthe world but Abnb.
Now I just have to figure out what to do.

Thanks, I will. If Abnb were an airline, I would never fly them. Their computer skills are the squirrelist I have ever seen. Love them and hate them.
