As an Airbnb newbie I would like some advice on allowing guests to use our WiFi .

is it safe to give out our password to guests or is there some way they can have limited access and prevent any security problems.

Hi Caroline, I don't know how to do that but as a guest i know a host did share wifi with us, she created different password and network for guest with limited device access lets say upto 5. 

I believe you can check with your provider how to do this.

@Caroline1043 @Swati11 Your wireless router almost certainly has the ability to serve multiple networks.  If not, get one that does. Do not share your own network and password with guests. Set up a separate network for them.

This has nothing to do with your internet service provider. You can do it yourself with the manual for your router, which you can probably find on line if you don't have it. Or ask your friendly neighborhood teenager. 🙂
