What must I do if I see the reaction comment did happen with an other host not with you. The guest say that I did not react at first and that I did book them in at a hotel. That was not me but did happen with the guest at Swakopmund. Now it was put at my review. And that is a negative point I did not want what must I do that airbnb can correct the mistake
@Lisma0 You mean a guest you had mistakenly submitted a review for another listing to your review page? If so, did you write a review for this guest? If you did, you can leave a response to the guest's review. "It seems that XXX confused the reviews they posted for places they had stayed. This review doesn't refer to the guest's experience with me, but with another listing in which he stayed."
