Hi Lizzie, I got a customer make me a lot headache. Her brother in law group stayed in my place for 4 nights . At the end of the day , she makes me a lot complains and ask me refund $100 to her. I am strongly think my property is having a very good value for the money . The house is clean and tidy. A small hole on the upstairs kitchen wall is safe and nothing to worry about . How should I respond to this person ? It just cost for them around $30 per person per night .
