adding a payout option + not receiving payment

I have tried several times to add a payout method to go directly to my account without suceess. Have followed instructions on site. 

Also, the default methout (PayPal), I asked for the $ to be transfered to my account 8 days ago and still nothing. 

All advice helpful. Also, is there any way to email AirbNb directly? If not, that's scandalous.

I've also changed my payout option and marked it as default option. Tried to remove PayPay because of slow payments. Airbnb still sending payments to Paypal.

Anyone know how to contact Airbnb customer service?
