Hi. 

I just made registration of my property. I have 3 bedrooms and I want to rent them as separate units. I guess right now what i have is rent total house. Please advise how to change it. Thanks in forward for your help

Each space that can be individually rented needs to have its own separate listing. So you could create three new listings, one for each bedroom, and specify in those that common areas may be shared with other guests.
