adjusting the price of cleaning

Hi there,

How can i adjust the price of cleaning per guest.

At the moment i have a set price for cleaning based on all the rooms being used.

Is there anywhere i can adjust the price of cleaning so that if its two people staying and they only use two rooms, they dont get charged for the third room, bringing the total down?

@Stacey237 You cannot adjust the cleaning fee, but using the extra guest fee should cover the extra costs of cleaning. This works in your favor because you can have a lower nightly rate unless the the 3rd bedroom is used. Make sense?

As Linda said. But do not underestimate what only two guests are capable of. Unless you are going to lock rooms/bedrooms (which opens up a whole other conversation) two guests can quite easily, and do, use the entire house.
