airbnb lack help

Hi, i have put a wrong number in my IBAN and the payment is going there and the system wont let me change it or add another one (altho there is an option to make another one). I tried to contact airbnb and i had nohelp what so ever!! Their only response was a representative is seeing your case and they just close the chat. While in the mean time i lost 207€ already and im about to loose another €115 and none of them seem to care. I waited for days and no help at all!!. If a cancel a booking it will look bad on me, but if i keep it and host the guest i will do it for nothing!! When i told them im going to cancel my account they call and when they know why they close the chat! Any ideas?

Make another AIRnb account and re create your listing. Block all available dates in your old listing. Then Block the confirm reservation in the new listing. Ask Airbnb to witheld your money becuase of whatever issues with your account. If they AB refused, go ahead and close down your old listing. There are many hackers messing around AB platform. Once scammers has hacked your account, it is almost impossible to fix it with a patch. If it was a genuine error, AB must have information on their pay outs to track the money. Dont stop calling until you get a sensible AB rep on your phone.
