app not updating in time with my on line profile

I had to downlad the air bnb app on a new phone. The app does not recognise my log in details and is asking for a code to be sent to an old phone number that I have removed from my on line air bnb account. I going on honeymoon next week with air bnb and need my app to work. Please help.

The app says I can only use a number if it was add to my account 14 days ago, i changed my number last night and I need this app to work. Can anyone help me???

@Jane685 is the app not recognizing your login details because the username/password are incorrect?

Or does the app just require a phone-code confirmation anytime a new device is used?

(Sorry I don't remember, it has just been a long time since I installed the Airbnb app.)

 

BTW, you should also be contacting Airbnb support directly about this. They may be able to help with this kind of thing.

I can login on my PC but not on my mobile app. I can't find air BnB customer service contact details. Can you direct me on how to contact them?
