bad weather on guests' departure date

On the day my guests are supposed to leave, the area has been issued a tropical cyclone warning. Do I have to let them stay until the weather gets better or the warning is downgraded? Checkout is at 12:00 noon, and I've already let them stay until 2:00pm. The weather is not getting better, though, and they don't seem to have any interest in leaving until it does.

@Karen651 You are not obliged, what is more - Airbnb will not pay you for that, nor will they take any responsibility for the guests beyond the checkout time should anything happen.

Up to you - how would you like to be treated ini such circumstances?

@Karen

While I agree with everything @Marzena has said, I think this is a humanitarian issue, I've never been in a tropical cyclone and I don't know how bad they get, but I would not like to have their death of injury on my conscience should anything untoward happen.

Best summed up by the expression "I would not send a cat out on a night like that" or more humorously " I would not send a Knight out on a cat like that"
