blocked date because I failed to reply

For reasons I won't go into I failed to accept or decline a guest and now the day is blocked. 

But I am willing for the guest to come for the night that is now blocked. 

She just did not respond to my question in time so I did not want to accept. 

Now it is blocked and I cannot figure out the "Special Offer" feature. 

Is this the way I unblock and allow her to book? 

Please help because the special offer button does not work. 

I guress Airbnb penalized me? Hopefully I can remedy this.
