I can sleep 12 people.

If you search in Bath for a 12 person property, my house shows up.

But if you say you are 6 persons, it does not show up.

Why?

I am happy to take 6 people or less, so I'm thinking that many groups of 6 people will not be able to find my property...so no bookings from groups of this size.....help!?

Hi Richard,

I am Dana from the Czech Republic  have tried to search for your lovely house while setting up only Bath, United Kingdom and number of guests 6 and you house is actually showing on the second page. I have tried to copy the link for you so you can see it also.

https://www.airbnb.com/s/Bath--United-Kingdom?page=2&source=page&airbnb_plus_only=false&guests=6&s_t...

I hope this helps.

Best regards.

Dana

Thanks so much Dana, I can see that it's showing now. Strange why it didn't show before.... I'll have to offer you a special deal when you come to stay here!

Best wishes,

Richard

@Richard152   When you are searching for your property to see how it comes up, using different search parameters, your listing will change position. I would think that you don't have much competition when someone is searching for accommodating 12 but accommodating 6 is more common. In areas where there are a high number of listings, zoom in on the map because the maximum number of listings in a search is 300.

Thanks so much Linda, but my position on the map is on its own, with no other properties even close. So when I searched for a property for 12, and 11, 10, 9, 8 and 7 guests, then I could see my house sitting on top of the hill by itself. But as soon as I entered 6 guests, Pop! It disappeared!

Really weird...now it seems to be showing....
