can't post listing

hello. i am a long-time airbnbuser (host.) I am trying to post a new listing, for a single room, and the listing wont post. I am shown the two green checkmarks, and when i hit the NEXT key, it takes me to a page about local taxes, which i okay, by hitting the NEXT key

and it takes me back tio the page with the two green checkmarks

and this way infinitely

i do not see this subject anywhere

PLEASE HELP
