I'm a newbie too and I think there should be an option to cancel an enquiry as reminders to complete are annoying, can cause some panic to avoid any unnecessary charges. Additionally, it would save the booker and host having to exchange messages to confirm that the enquiry isn't to proceed.
Hello @Edward440 if it’s simply an enquiry you just need to respond within 24 hours, no need to decline. You can accept if it’s a good fit but that’s it.
However, if it’s a request then you would need to accept of decline within 24 hours. Decline only if it’s not a good fit as it will affect your metrics.
