My property is already on air b n b through a third party platform, and I want to know how I can delete and start over directly without third party.

You can't the airbnb management company need to delete the listing. What are you doing about any guests that have booked through them? @Cheri297  Obviously check your contract with them re notice period.

Yes sadly too many management companies take advantage of new hosts. Your listing should never have been set up under their profile - it only benefits them and not the host. I do hope they have given you access as a cohost so you know which bookings you have coming up.

Do leave them an honest review on Google reviews etc.

And look at your contract to see which clauses they have broken that would enable you to break the contract.  @Cheri297
