Could you please help me..

I have a small problem with a double booking, I did block the dates on my calendar from 20th May till 27th May this booking is coming through my own website.But on one way I did received a booking through airbnb from 23h may till 3th juni.

So I did offered the new guest from airbnb for my neighbors Villa for 4 days, hope they agree with this option..

If not I have to cancel the Airbnb guest but I don’t want to get bad host on airbnb.

Please inform me what the best to do..

You're in a pickle here.

If you cancel the AirBnB booking, then you will be penalized by AirBnB (you'll loose SuperHost eligibility for 1 full year) plus whatever else the penalties may be.  If you cancel too many bookings they may block your listing.

You're perhaps better off cancelling the direct booking if you can't redirect one of them to your neighbors villa.

The short answer is... AirBnB wants to make sure that every booking is honored on their site, so keep that in mind in the future.
