I have booked a studio in NYC and my trip will be one month later. I made payment(985sgd) successfully on 30 Aug 2016 and communicated quite smoothly with the host. However, I suddenly received a notification email last night (2 Sep 2016) and told me my reservation has been cancelled. No reasons. I tried hard to contact the host but there is no reply from her. She was quite nice previously but suddenly disappeared.

 

Airbnb informed me can either get a refund of 985sgd or use the amount(985sgd) + 98sgd credit to make a new booking. However, there is no more suitable room within all surrounding area. I requested for the 985sgd refund. However, there is no more credit balance if the amonut to be refunded. It is really unfair to a guest who has spent time and money for the stay.

 

There is no airbnb customer hotline. No email address. So disappointed and frastrated.

I have my first booking staying with me and Airbnb is charging me a cancellation fee. WHY??? He has been here for 4 nights. I am upset with the fact that I can not get a response from Airbnb and not sure how to contact them to resolve this. According to my payout I made $13 for this stay less the $100 they deducted for cancellation.....BUT he has been here since Sept. 1 WHATS UP? If I am only making $13 for 4 nights It is not worth my time and hot water to host. Please does anyone know how I contact them

@Carolyn50 You can search the CC through the search function enter "contact Air BNB" and a community guide is listed.  Several ways are described.  I like the Twitter.

Hi @么么Alice0  I am sorry you are having difficulty with your booking a reservation.  It is unclear to me what the problem is if you are getting a full refund.  If Air BNB is not keeping the fees and you are getting a full refund, it may be that some problem occurred with the listing.  Contact information is provided in a number of forms, but I would use the Air BNB Twitter account if you need further help.
