cancellation, please help!

guest booked my apartment, without my confirmation it was appruved. I had to cancel because he had horrible review, that he broke something and was very dirty.
i got scared because, i'm new here, i have no experiance and i did not wanted to receive riscky people in my new renovated flat. but airbnb charged me for 50 usd. its lot for cancelation.
please guide me what to do to avoid that guest and such a high penalty.
please help! I really need to avoid fee and this person, but his request seems that is still accepted

Turn off "Instant Book":

Increase your price or charge extra for the additional guests. On one of your listings three guests can stay for 16,- Euro a night, including breakfast. This will attract not the right persons. BTW sleeping facililties show only 1 bed (?)

thank you for replaing Emiel! I will turn off instant book immadiatly. i wrote airbnb about that truble, I hope it will be helpfull, Im still quit confused about this.  about this bed , I have one double bed and foldable new really good double gauc,  do you think I described it wrongly on my page?   how would you suggest to fix it?
