cancellation

I am trying since hours to cancel the experience that we were offering this Sunday due to weather reason. I never manage to finish cancellation process online as "Next" button does not become highlighted and therefore cannot be pressed. This happens both in PC as well as in mobile phone version.

If there are problems with the online system, I would contact Air BNB.  Any reason that you have not done that?  Here is a guide for contacting them.
