Hello,

we had a guest looking who booked to stay with us then cancelled as we couldn’t check them in until late in the day as the booking was last minute.

she is asking us to issue a refund?

we have not been paid for the booking but do we still have to issue the refund?

@Paul1795  If the guest wants to cancel then the guest should cancel and the refund will be determined per your cancellation policy and Air BNB handles all that.  If less than 48 hours have passed the guest will also get the Air BNB fee refunded.  Tell them to use the cancel option on their reservation and do nothing else.
